Data Deletion Instructions

PRIME TIME Consulting GmbH respects your right to data deletion under GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. This page explains how to request deletion of any data we hold about you.
Important: Our automation systems do not store user-identifiable data on our own servers. Most data shown on our Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and websites is hosted by Meta or other platform providers and governed by their respective data policies.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Email request (recommended)
Send an email to office@primetime.consulting with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request — [Your Facebook Username or Email]
Include in the email:
- Your full name (as it appears on Facebook/Instagram)
- Your Facebook profile URL or Instagram handle
- Email address used for any prior correspondence
- Reason for deletion (optional)
- Confirmation that you are the rightful owner of the account
We will respond within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 12(3).
Option 2 — Self-service on Facebook/Instagram
For content you have personally posted on our Pages (your comments, reactions, shares):
- Navigate to the post on our Facebook Page or Instagram account
- Find your comment or interaction
- Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to your content
- Select "Delete" or "Hide from your timeline"
Option 3 — Account-wide deletion (Facebook/Instagram)
To delete all your data across Meta platforms (across all Pages, including ours):
What we will delete
Upon receiving a verified request, we will delete:
- Any private message correspondence with you (Messenger / Instagram DM)
- Any record of your interaction held in our internal analytics
- Any contact details (name, email) you provided to us
- Any content you submitted to us via email or contact forms
What we cannot delete
- Public content on our Pages that you have posted yourself — you must delete this directly on Facebook/Instagram (see Option 2)
- Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot be traced back to you
- Data we are legally obliged to retain (e.g., tax records — 10 years under German law)
- Data already deleted from our systems through normal data retention policies
Confirmation
After deletion, you will receive a confirmation email within 30 days. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us again at office@primetime.consulting.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe we have not properly handled your data deletion request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Germany: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

PRIME TIME Consulting GmbH respektiert Ihr Recht auf Datenlöschung gemäß DSGVO. Diese Seite erklärt, wie Sie die Löschung Ihrer Daten anfordern können.
Wichtig: Unsere Automatisierungssysteme speichern keine benutzeridentifizierbaren Daten auf unseren eigenen Servern. Die meisten Daten auf unseren Facebook-Seiten und Instagram-Konten werden von Meta gehostet und unterliegen deren Richtlinien.
So fordern Sie eine Löschung an
Option 1 — Per E-Mail (empfohlen)
Senden Sie eine E-Mail an office@primetime.consulting mit dem Betreff:
Datenlöschungs-Anfrage — [Ihr Facebook-Username oder E-Mail]
Geben Sie an:
- Ihren vollständigen Namen (wie auf Facebook/Instagram)
- Ihre Facebook-Profil-URL oder Instagram-Handle
- E-Mail-Adresse aus früherer Korrespondenz
- Bestätigung, dass Sie der Inhaber des Kontos sind
Wir antworten innerhalb von 30 Tagen gemäß Art. 12(3) DSGVO.
Option 2 — Selbstlöschung auf Facebook/Instagram
Für selbst geposteten Inhalt auf unseren Seiten:
- Zur betreffenden Veröffentlichung navigieren
- Drei-Punkte-Menü (⋯) auswählen
- "Löschen" wählen
Was wir löschen werden
- Private Nachrichten mit Ihnen (Messenger / Instagram DM)
- Aufzeichnungen Ihrer Interaktionen in internen Analysen
- Von Ihnen bereitgestellte Kontaktdaten
Was wir nicht löschen können
- Öffentliche Inhalte auf unseren Seiten, die Sie selbst gepostet haben (Sie müssen diese selbst löschen)
- Anonymisierte aggregierte Statistiken
- Daten, die wir gesetzlich aufbewahren müssen (z.B. Steuerunterlagen — 10 Jahre)
Beschwerderecht
Bei Verstößen gegen den Datenschutz können Sie eine Beschwerde bei der Aufsichtsbehörde einreichen: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Baden-Württemberg.

PRIME TIME Consulting GmbH spoštuje vašo pravico do izbrisa podatkov po GDPR. Ta stran pojasnjuje, kako zahtevate izbris podatkov, ki jih hranimo o vas.
Pomembno: Naši avtomatizirani sistemi ne hranijo osebno identificirajočih podatkov na naših strežnikih. Večina podatkov na naših Facebook straneh in Instagram računih je gostovana pri Meta in upravljana po njihovih pravilih.
Kako zahtevate izbris
1. možnost — Po e-pošti (priporočeno)
Pošljite e-pošto na office@primetime.consulting z zadevo:
Zahteva za izbris podatkov — [Vaše Facebook ime ali e-pošta]
V e-pošti navedite:
- Polno ime (kot je na Facebooku/Instagramu)
- URL vašega FB profila ali Instagram handle
- E-naslov za morebitno prejšnje dopisovanje
- Potrdilo, da ste lastnik računa
Odgovorili bomo v 30 dneh po GDPR členu 12(3).
2. možnost — Samostojno izbrisanje
Za vsebine, ki ste jih sami objavili na naših straneh, jih lahko izbrišete sami: kliknite trije pikice (⋯) ob vašem komentarju → "Izbriši".
Kaj bomo izbrisali
- Zasebne sporočila z vami (Messenger / Instagram DM)
- Zapise vaših interakcij v naših internih analizah
- Kontaktne podatke, ki ste nam jih posredovali
Česa ne moremo izbrisati
- Javne vsebine na naših straneh, ki ste jih objavili sami (te morate izbrisati sami)
- Anonimizirane agregirane statistike
- Podatki, ki jih zakonsko moramo hraniti (npr. davčne evidence — 10 let)
Pravica do pritožbe
Če menite, da nismo pravilno obravnavali vaše zahteve, se lahko pritožite pri nadzornem organu — v Sloveniji: Informacijski pooblaščenec RS.
