These applications are used internally to schedule and publish content on our own Pages. They do not provide services to external users.

3. Data we collect

When you interact with our digital properties:

3.1 Through Facebook / Instagram

When you like, comment, share, follow, or message our Pages, Meta provides us with:

• Aggregated and anonymized statistics through Facebook Insights (page views, post reach, engagement rates)
• Demographic information (age range, gender, country/city) — only in aggregated form
• Public profile information (name, profile picture) when you publicly comment on or message our Pages

We do not store individually identifiable data outside what is publicly visible on Facebook/Instagram.

3.2 Through our websites

Our websites may use:

• Server logs (IP address, user agent, request URL, timestamp) — for security and debugging purposes only
• Optional analytics (Google Analytics) — anonymized

We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3.3 Through email correspondence

If you email us at office@primetime.consulting, we store your message and email address solely to respond to your inquiry.

4. How we use the data

• To publish content (news summaries, music programming, recipes, "On this day" historical events, daily horoscopes) on our Pages
• To respond to comments and messages from our audience
• To analyze content performance internally and improve our editorial decisions
• To comply with legal obligations

5. Automated content publishing

We use automated systems (custom Python applications) to schedule and publish content to our own Pages via the Facebook Graph API. These systems use Page Access Tokens granted to administrators of those Pages.

We do not use these systems to:

• Access individual user profile data beyond what is publicly available
• Send unsolicited direct messages to users
• Scrape or harvest user data
• Automate engagement (likes, follows, comments on others' content)

6. AI services we use

For content generation, we use the following AI service providers:

• OpenAI — for text generation
• Anthropic (Claude) — for text proofreading and language quality
• Google Gemini — for image generation

We do not send user data, comments, or private messages to these AI providers. Only public news headlines from RSS feeds and our own editorial prompts are processed.

7. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties. Limited data may be shared with:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — as the platform provider; governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy
• Hosting providers — for technical operation of our websites
• Tax authorities — when required by law

8. Your rights (GDPR Article 15-22)

If you are a resident of the European Union (or otherwise covered by GDPR), you have the right to:

• Access any personal data we hold about you
• Rectification of inaccurate data
• Erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Object to processing
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (in Germany: Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit)

9. Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary:

• Email correspondence: until the inquiry is resolved + 6 months
• Server logs: 30 days
• Internal content statistics: aggregated, no individual retention
• Tax-relevant records: 10 years (German legal requirement)

10. International data transfers

Some of our service providers (Meta, OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) operate servers outside the EU. Where applicable, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and adequacy decisions.

11. Cookies

This website (legal.biba.live) does not use cookies or tracking technologies. Cookies on Facebook/Instagram are governed by Meta's own Cookie Policy.

12. Children

Our content is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect any changes. Material changes will be communicated on our Pages and websites.

Wir nutzen folgende KI-Dienste zur Erstellung von Inhalten: OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google Gemini. Es werden keine Nutzerdaten an diese Anbieter übermittelt.

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Sie können auch eine Beschwerde bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde einreichen.

3. Podatki, ki jih zbiramo

Pri interakciji z našimi stranmi prejmemo agregirane in anonimne statistike preko Facebook Insights. Ne zbiramo osebnih podatkov uporabnikov izven javno vidnih informacij.

4. Avtomatizirano objavljanje vsebin

Uporabljamo avtomatizirane sisteme za objavljanje vsebin (povzetki novic, glasbeni program, recepti, "Na današnji dan", dnevni horoskop) na naših lastnih straneh prek Facebook Graph API. Ti sistemi ne dostopajo do osebnih podatkov uporabnikov.

6. Hranjenje podatkov

• E-poštna korespondenca: do rešitve + 6 mesecev
• Strežniški dnevniki: 30 dni
• Davčno pomembni podatki: 10 let (zakonska obveza)

7. AI ponudniki

Za ustvarjanje vsebin uporabljamo OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude) in Google Gemini. Tem ponudnikom ne pošiljamo podatkov uporabnikov.

8. Piškotki

To spletišče (legal.biba.live) ne uporablja piškotkov. Piškotki na Facebook/Instagram urejeni z Meta-jevo politiko piškotkov.
